The junior high basketball season got underway last Monday as all county teams came to Adamsville Jr./Sr. High School to get their season started at the annual Tip-Off Classic.

Teams played two 10-minute games where the clock ran continuously until the final minute when called fouls yielded free throw attempts. Girls teams began the action and were followed by the boys as all the teams, with the exception of the hosting Cardinals, played back-to-back games.
