With such busy and hectic lifestyles, we sometimes forget about healthy eating. And even when we do remember, we run to the produce departments of stores like Walmart and other supermarkets for the convenience they offer. What many don’t realize, however, is that it is far cheaper, and is becoming more convenient by the day, to buy fresh and healthy foods locally, especially in the summertime.
