Southwest Human Resource Agency will be accepting bids on asphalt sealing and patching of the parking lots at the Central Office Complex located at 1527 White Avenue, Henderson Tennessee 38340. Sealed bids will be accepted until Friday October 16, 2015 at 10:00 am Central Standard Time at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. All areas must be cleaned with any loose materials removed. All areas to be patched will be clearly marked.
