Said Court found that the Respondent, Pedro Doe or Miguel Doe, cannot be personally served with process, it is ordered that publication be made for 4 consecutive weeks in the Independent Appeal, a newspaper published at Selmer, in McNairy County, Tennessee: Child was conceived in Adamsville, Tennessee, around October 2010, when Farrah Fraizer (biological mother of said child) had relations with two unknown Hispanic males; one known as "Pedro" and the other as "Miguel". Said unknown father should give answer and make defense upon Lisa M. Miller, Attorney for Petitioners, whose address is 173 South Third Street, Selmer, TN 38375, on or before the 8th day of Sept., 2014 or otherwise said cause will proceed ex parte and default judgment issue.

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF
FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness and obligations secured by a certain Deed of Trust on property currently owned by RICKEY WINDOM, and which Deed of Trust was executed by Rickey Windom, to James M. Smith, Trustee for Community South Bank (now CB&S Bank) and is recorded in the Register's Office of McNairy County, Tennessee in Trust Deed Book 305, page 771.
WHEREAS, said Trust Deed was later modified by Modification recorded in Trust Deed Book 399, Page 2549, in said Register's Office;
WHEREAS, the undersigned was appointed Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in Trust Deed Book 413, page 1167, in said Register's Office;
WHEREAS, the owner of the indebtedness has declared the total amount due and has directed the undersigned to advertise and sell the property described by said Deed of Trust;
THEREFORE, this is to give notice that I will on August 14, 2014, commencing at 1:00 p.m., at the Front Door of the Courthouse in Selmer, McNairy County, Tennessee cause to be offered for sale and will cause to be sold at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in McNairy County, Tennessee, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Said property is known as 956 Selmer-Ramer Road, Ramer, TN. For a more complete description of said property see Trust Deed recorded in Trust Deed Book 305, Page 771, in said Register's Office. Map 129-I, Group B, Parcel 16.00.

Interested parties include the following:
1) CB&S Bank, pursuant to Trust Deed recorded in Trust Deed Book 412, Page 2118, in the Register's Office of McNairy County, Tennessee.
2) Velocity Investments, LLC, assignee of Bank of America, pursuant to Lien recorded in Trust Deed Book 395, Page 966, in said Register's Office.
3) McNairy County, Tennessee, pursuant to Order Granting Default Judgment as recorded in Trust Deed Book 394, Page 719, and Trust Deed Book 409, Page 2723, said Register's Office.
All right of equity of redemption, statutory and otherwise, and homestead are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, and the title is believed to be good, but the undersigned will sell and convey only as Substitute Trustee.
The right is reserved to adjourn the day of the sale to another day, time, and place certain without further publication, upon announcement at the time and place for the sale set forth above.
If the highest bidder cannot pay the bid within twenty-four (24) hours of the sale, the next highest bidder, at their highest bid, will be deemed the successful bidder.
This property is being sold with the express reservation that the sale is subject to confirmation by the lender or trustee. This sale may be rescinded at any time.
This office is a debt collector. This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
