Effective on or about 12:01 AM on May 18, 2016, Mc­Nairy Hospital Corporation (MHC) will cease operating Tennova Healthcare - McNairy Regional, located at 705 East Poplar Avenue, Selmer, Tennessee and Ten­nova Family Medicine - Selmer, a rural health clinic owned and operated by MHC located on 1 Physicians Drive, Selmer, Tennessee (the RHC). As of May 18, 2016, MHC will no longer participate in the Medicare Program (Title XVIII of the Social Security Act), and the related agreements with the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services for the Hospital and the RHC will be terminated in accor­dance with the provisions of the Social Security Act.
