Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid by a certain Deed of Trust executed November 14, 2007 by James R. Walls and wife, Dorothy M. Beginning on a No. 5 rebar set in the West right-of-way of U.S. Highway 45 at the NEC of the land hereby conveyed and at the NEC of the land described in Deed Book 170, Page 656, this being a portion thereof, runs thence South 23 degrees 05 minutes 44 seconds East 145 feet to the NEC of the land described in Deed Book 171, Page 702; thence (with North line of land described in Deed Book 171, Page 702) South 86 degrees 58 minutes 13 seconds West 316.06 feet to the NWC of said Deed Book 171, Page 702, a point in the East boundary line of Shawn Lee Smith, see Deed Book 164, Page 85, thence, with the East boundary line of Shawn Lee Smith, as marked by a ditch, North 33 degrees 48 minutes 19 seconds East 15.04 feet; thence continuing with Smith (and ditch) North 19 degrees 00 minutes 53 seconds East 136.23 feet to the NWC of land described in Deed Book 170, Page 656 and the SWC of Phillips, see Deed Book 65, Page 133; runs thence North 87 degrees 33 minutes 24 seconds East with the South boundary line of Phillips, passing a 1-inch galvanized pipe at 4.42 feet, a total distance of 206.17 feet to point of beginning.
