A review of the McNairy County public records reveal that the property may be encumbered by the following: (1) Deeds of Trust from Timothy D. Brown for the benefit of Home Banking Company, Inc. of record in Deed of Trust Book 410, Page 1068 and Deed of Trust Book 413, Page 371 in said Register's Office. (2) Any rights of the Trustee in the Deed of Trust described in No.1 above. (3) Rights of parties in actual possession of all or any portion of the property. (4) Being sold subject to all unpaid taxes, if any.

All rights and equity of redemption, statutory right of redemption, all other rights and exemptions of every kind, including, but not limited to, a statutory right to an elective share in the property and otherwise, are expressly waived by the Debtor in said Deed of Trust and title is believed to be good, but W.
