Natalie Rose Fowler, a second grader in Ms. Dru’s class at Ramer School, has proudly made a 10 inch donation to Locks of Love. She is the precious daughter of Shawn and Donna Fowler. Diann Hill, of Diann’s Salon in Ramer, provided her stylish new haircut! Natalie has already started growing her next donation!
