Adamsville’s Seth White and Sam Young defeat Chester County in day one of the District Tournament with a tie-breaker. In the semi-finals, A. Nelson defeated AHS’s Darby Congiardo 6-3, 3-6, 6-2. Madison’s Ide/Sands defeated Hayden Edmondson and Zach Congiardo 6-3, 6-4 Monday. “We just came up short today,” said AHS tennis coach Michael Harville. “But we have had a great season with both boys and girls this year. I’m really going to miss all my senior boys (5), but I look forward to the returning players improving doing great things next year. We are losing no girls, and that’s a good thing. We appreciate all the support we’ve had this year.”
