A small crowd gathered Monday at Hospital Wing Selmer, located at Robert Sibley Airport, to show their appreciation for Emergency Medical Services personnel during national EMS Week. EMS personnel from McNairy County and its municipalities, Chester County, Hardin County, Hardeman County and Jackson enjoyed cake, other refreshments, a goody bag, and fellowship during the gathering. Representatives from Robert Sibley Airport, McNairy County Airport Authority, McNairy County Commission, McNairy Regional Alliance and the City of Michie also showed their appreciation.
