Dustin and Amanda Smith of Spring Hill welcomed their first child, Emelia Grace Smith, at 1:28 a.m. September 22, 2010.  “Mia” weighed 9 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 21-1/2 inches. 

Proud grandparents are Rickie and Jenise Smith of Finger; Michael Russell of Bethel Springs; and Arnold and Legenia Smith and Patsy Langley of Ripley. Great grandparents are Sherman and Betty Russell of Bethel Springs; Mary Patrick of Ripley; and the late Paul and Essie Sisk of Selmer.
