Job applicants gather to apply for jobs at Connector Castings during the visit of the Tennessee Career Center  Mobile Bus Thursday, June 30 in Selmer. The jobs will be on the second shift and will pay $8 per hour. The company is located in the industrial park and supplies connectors and clamps to the electrical, telecommunications and construction industries. A spokesperson for the company said that the number of people hired is yet to be determined. The buses are mobile career centers provided by the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
