Bethel road repairs conclude

Bethel Springs road repairs have concluded for now, according to City Recorder Erin Pickle.
Pickle earlier told the Independent Appeal that they put asphalt on all of the major roads with potholes and gravel on others.
Milling was put on some surfaces that have been worn out. It is very fine and when it melts it will make the roads more level, Pickle said. This is necessary because so much damage has been done to some of the roads. The city was able to afford the work despite its tight budget due to a bridge grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
