The After-School Program at Adamsville JR/SR High School is funded through the Lottery for Education: After-School Programs (LEAPs). Two of the enrichment classes, cooking and scrapbooking, combined their efforts to participate in a service-learning activity. The cooking class accumulated recipes for "home-made" puppy treats. The scrapbooking class was responsible for advertising the sale of the treats. They were sold at ballgames and the money was donated to our local animal rescue efforts. Tina Churchwell is shown receiving the donation.
